Tobin tax for Europe (at least)

					Dear reader,
					one of the many subjects of the crisis approach by EU politicians is the introduction of a Tobin tax. Some players are vividly for its introduction  , some were first skeptical now seemingly not opposed to it anymore and Britain was estranged from continental Europe mainly because of such measures likely to be imposed by EU Commission & national political players.
					As the author here became confused himself who is for/ against/undecided it is time to present a compilation of latest developments on this tax on financial transactions.
